Refund Process

- All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date of payment.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–10 business days, and if approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Arbitration will take place in Virginia, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
8. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of scheduled services or subscriptions. Please review the terms of our Cancellation Policy below:
- Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email the applicable email address for existing clients based on your service type (refer to our contact page for additional information) at least 15 business days prior to the scheduled service or renewal date.
- Cancellations received less than 15 business days may incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation by AMBIA
- AMBIA reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances or client non-compliance with agreed terms. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at AMBIA’s discretion.
- Non-Refundable Fees
- Certain fees (e.g., deposits, administrative charges) are non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated during the service agreement process.
- Effect of Cancellation
- Upon cancellation, all scheduled services will be terminated, and no further charges will apply beyond applicable cancellation fees.
- Modification or Rescheduling
- Clients may request to reschedule services in lieu of cancellation, subject to availability and agreement with AMBIA.
- Cancellation by the Client
Arbitration will take place in Virginia, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website will be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration is intended to be a cost-effective and efficient method for resolving disputes. Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
